General Information
ART FEE:
No charge if acceptable camera-ready or electronic artwork is submitted; otherwise, add $25.00. Electronic artwork can be e-mailed or sent in by CD, 3-1/2" floppy diskette in PC format. Graphic files format has to be compatible with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW software.
E-PROOF OR PAPER PROOF:
$15.00. E-Proof or Paper Proof is a copy of the Black and White line art and will be emailed or faxed for approval.
This service fee is an extra of art fee.
SIZE:
First measure horizontally left to right at the widest point. Next measure vertically top to bottom at the tallest point. The largest measurement is the size of the pin.
NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME:
3 weeks for new orders. 2 weeks for repeat orders. Stock orders 1 day.
PRIORITY SERVICE:
Special Rush Delivery (12 working days) available subject to a 30% additional charge.
PRE-PRODUCTION SAMPLE:
(add 2 weeks to delivery)
$40.00 plus die & art fee (must be prepaid).
STANDARD PACKAGING:
Individual polybag.
OPTIONAL PACKAGING:
2" square white card $0.16; Lucite gift box (Lapel pin size) $0.39; Velvet Jewelry Box $2.35.
SHIPMENTS:
F.O.B. Roslyn Heights, NY. For any special rush deadline delivery date, we reserve the right to select the method of shipment necessary.
DROP SHIPMENTS:
Additional $3.90 per drop shipment in standard shipping carton plus shipping charges.
OVERRUNS AND UNDERRUNS:
All Custom orders are subject to 10% overrun or underrun and will be billed accordingly.
TERMS:
Where proper credit ratings have been established, our terms are net 30 days unless otherwise covered by special quotation. Interest on past due accounts will be charged at the rate of 1 ½ % per month.
In all other instances, shipment will be 50% prepaid, 50% plus freight C.O.D.
We accept American Express, VISA or MasterCard.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGES:
Any changes or cancellation of an order in process will be subject to costs incurred to date and $40.00 cancellation charge.
CLAIMS AND RETURN GOODS:
Claims must be made within 20 days of receipt of shipment. Return custom goods require written factory authorization. Stock items are not returnable or refundable.
DIES:
Die fees are service fees. Payment of a service fee does not convey ownership. All dies or materials necessary for the manufacture of products ordered shall remain the property of manufacturer’s factory and can not be removed. In the event there are no reorders for a period of three years, factory reserves the right to dispose of dies without further notification.
TRADEMARK:
Paragon products assume clients are authorized to use trademarks presented to us for reproduction. We assume no liability in trademark or copyright disputes.
